Saturday Interclub

Interclub competitions are held on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm at the Nga Puna Wai all-weather athletics stadium Augustine Drive, Hillmorton, Christchurch. These events offer junior athletes a fantastic opportunity to test their skills, gain valuable competition experience, and have a great time! Each week, registered athletes can compete in up to four events plus a relay, making Saturdays an exciting and action-packed morning.

We encourage all our junior athletes to get involved in Interclub competitions. Not only are they a fun and social experience, but they also provide an excellent chance to further develop athletic skills and confidence in a supportive environment.

More information, including events, records, the weekly schedule for Saturday Interclub competitions, and results, can be found on the Canterbury Children's Athletic Association website.

Track and Field covers all athletics that occurs inside an athletics stadium. Broadly speaking these can be divided into three areas: run, jump and throw.

We have a range of great clubs offering training and coaching opportunities for both children and adults, We would encourage all athletes to look at our Club page to see what club might work for them. If you are unsure, please contact our General Manager for information on your nearest club.
